02What data we collect
- Data you give us through the contact form, by email or by phone: name, email, phone (optional), company or website (optional), project details, budget and timeline.
- Technical data: when you visit, the hosting provider’s server may automatically log your IP address, browser type, and date and time of access (server logs) for security purposes.
- Your cookie choice: stored in your browser so we don’t ask on every visit.
We do not collect special categories of data and do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

04How long we keep data
- Enquiries that don’t lead to a contract — up to 12 months after our last communication.
- Contract and invoice data — for the periods required by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act.
- Server logs — according to the hosting provider’s policy, typically up to 30 days.
- Your cookie choice — 12 months, after which we’ll ask again.
05Who receives your data
We never sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their marketing. Data may be processed by providers who help us deliver the service:
- the website’s hosting provider (Hostinger) — contact form messages are emailed through its server and are not stored on the website;
- our email provider (Yahoo) — to receive and send correspondence;
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) — to load the site’s typefaces; your browser sends its IP address to Google’s servers when loading them;
- our accountant and public authorities, where required by law.
Facebook page: this site only contains a plain link to our Facebook page and does not load any Meta scripts. When you visit the page on Facebook, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. processes your data under its own privacy policy, and we are joint controllers with Meta for the page’s statistics.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this happens with appropriate safeguards — a European Commission adequacy decision (e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- erasure (“the right to be forgotten”);
- restrict processing;
- data portability;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only the controller has access to received enquiries. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or misuse.
10Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.
